Jessica and Cécile co-founded Soley to bring the spirit of curiosity and compassion to companies engaged in DEI initiatives. As coaches and consultants, we are not afraid to keep learning. Our diverse team members–all from different backgrounds–are friends and colleagues who bring their experience and expertise to help companies develop their full potential.
